The team at Master Plastering applied scratch and smooth finish plastering to multiple rooms of previously hung blue board. Prep, plastering, and clean up teams did excellent work. They appeared promptly on time and put in long days. Plaster is still drying and curing, but all appears to be as I expected.

Very impressive, beautiful, professional plastering work. And bonus - Marcio is extremely responsive. I found him on HomeAdvisor, and literally a minute after I clicked "Request Quote", Marcio called me. A day later, his guys were at the house putting up new plaster. Beautiful job, done in less than 1 day, the guys were very courteous and quite. If everyone worked like this, I would source out my jobs every single time. I wish Marcio handled other jobs, he would be my go-to.

I called Marcio to help with a bathroom job. Tile around tub was cracked and moldy. We worked out a time to meet for a quote, he showed up on time and evaluated the work, gave me a quote in under 24 hours and I accepted because the bid was significantly better than another contractor.It was a great decision - we scheduled the work for a week later, and they showed up on time. Thought the work would take 3 days but they did it in two and it looks absolutely terrific.Thanks guys.

Had Marcio help out with painting a privacy outdoor fence with a seal/stain. And I was very happy with the end result! Professional all the way—didn’t damage landscaping, kept everything clean and tidy. I would definitely recommend.

Master Plastering fixed our ceiling where we had a leak and did such a fantastic job. You could not even tell that part of ceiling had been replaced. It was seamless. They also finished up our deck and did a wonderful job. They were quick, extremely efficient, professional and reliable. Their quotes were fair and reasonable. I keep looking around our house to see if there is more work that I can hire them to do! They are great!

We had to have our shower floor and a few rows of tile removed to replace a shower pan that was ripped. Price was reasonable so we moved forward with Master Plastering. We explained many times we wanted the wall tile to match the existing tile, including the grout color. The grout used was a very different color that the original and clearly looks like a repair was made. When we voiced concerns after seeing the final product, we were told there was nothing that could be done to fix that issue. Picture attached was 3 days after work was complete. The extra grout was also flushed down our toilet, which is concerning, since we share pipes with the rest of the condominium. I am giving a 2 start since the shower floor came out beautifully but the communication throughout the experience was patchy and our requests were not addressed properly.

I hired Master Plaster to install spray foam insulation in my basement. They were very responsive, reasonably priced, on time, clean and courteous. I would recommend them for anyone thinking of doing spray foam insulation in their home.

Was contacted through Home Advisor and spoke with Marcio via Text and over the Phone to set up a time for him and or his team to come out and take a look and give us a quote to repair our roof. When they werent here at the time agreed, I gave them 45 min in case of traffic etc and texted to follow up if they would be coming by still. No response from Marcio and his team. Very unprofessional given we wasted time out of our day. Even though they did not do any work for us I would not recommend.

We reached out to Marcio to fix the drywall in a bedroom that was previously covered in wainscoting. After having someone in here before and doing a half butt job with the wrong material, Marcio’s team was able to come in, fix the problems in just one short day, and leave us happier and feeling much relief. His team are all so kind, courteous, and such hard workers. We will 110% be calling Marcio for any future jobs we may need completed in the future. Highly recommend!

Marcio's team was outstanding. Needed a ceiling replaced to cover water damage, and older tile blocks, and entire apartment wallpaper removal. Marcio did outstanding work at a competitive price. They were in and out in a single day plus a few hours. Great cleanup and care was taken. Arrived at 7AM to start work. Showed up when promised. I highly recommend Marcio and Master Plastering & Services. I'm looking at additional work for this team. Thank you!

Master Plastering & Services performed a not-so-straight-forward ceiling repair for me during the COVID-19 lockdown period. The ceiling had bowed and cracked from age and water leak. The crew was able to repair it to its original smooth plaster state with matching paint finish. The crew was on time to work and finish; kept a meticulously clean work environment throughout the project; solved several unforeseen technical problems through creativity and effective communication; and produced an excellent work product. To top it all, they charged a fair price. I am very happy to have worked with them.

If you looking for a reliable contractor, you are at the right place. Project started and finished on time. Couldn’t be happier with the work. A lot of attention to detail, which is very important. One Word - SOLIDTook on a small bathroom remodel; price was reasonable and they were the only ones that went to the studs vs. others just looking to skim coat for the same price.... i have stopped looking for anyone else and now hiring them to do other bathrooms.... really appreciate the solid business approach and professionalism - DK

Junior and his team were great! They finished the work when they said they would, showed up on time each morning, were friendly, trustworthy, and clean. I highly recommend them for anyone looking to do work on their homes, especially the kitchen! We did a budget friendly revamp of our kitchen: new countertops, backsplash, paint the entire kitchen, and white was the current cabinets. Everything looks wonderful and we are very happy!

Master Plastering were very professional when arriving and departing. They performed all requested and quoted services as described. They cleaned up nicely after each of the services were done. They are polite and detailed in all their work. Before leaving, they make sure you are happy with the result of their work. I would highly recommend their services. Services performed at my place were plastering and painting.

HIRE THEM! I've had a lot of workers in my house and my rental property over the years. I find most not like Master Plastering! First, he took on a very small job which most won't. We are very pleased with the service rendered by Marcio and the men who work for the company. They arrived promptly, worked efficiently and the results on the re-grouting and polishing marble are excellent . I highly recommend them. After the apartment upstairs flooded, I needed somebody to fix my ceiling and wall. These guys are the real deal if you ever find yourself in a similar situation! They are extremely professional, courteous, and did an excellent job with my place.They split the job into two days -- one for plastering and another day for painting. They communicated very well and let me know what time they were coming by my place. Upon arriving, they took off their shoes and walked carefully on my hardwood floors as they did the work. The end result was just as we discussed. They sanded down parts of the wall. They replaced a portion of my ceiling. They painted and matched my wall colors. The place looked even better than before. When they finished, they cleaned up and left the place spotless.I would 100% use Master Plastering again.

I manage a few apartment buildings around the Boston area, and I use Master Plastering whenever I need quick and professional plaster work. From installing new sheetrock to repairs and patchwork, Junior and his team can do everything. They also emphasize cleanliness and attention to detail. Even more, they can come back and do the painting too! A true all-in-one service, I'd suggest Master Plastering to anyone looking for a professional team they can trust.

Junior and his team were professional and did an outstanding job of overlaying 4 ceilings that had a popcorn finish and completed it with a smooth plaster finish. They were on time and very clean and professional workers. Junior and his crew delivered exactly what they said they would do. I’m looking forward to working with them again on upcoming projects I would highly recommend master plastering.

Junior quoted me for plaster and then the day before the job I changed my mind and switched to drywall, the cost was approximately the same which didn't seem correct. During installation there was no protective paper put down in a closet, so there is compound stuck to the floor that I now have to clean up. Also during the installation they over sanded the compound and tore the drywall surface, which required repair or compound. That night I went through and marked areas that required touch up, those areas included, and the next day my wife overheard them complaining (In Portuguese) about my requests. Finally, after taking 5 days off of work (The work was quoted for 3), we did a final walk through and I noticed that an area was not compounded or finished. I was quite disappointed at this and mentioned it to Junior, at which he said his workers would not have been able to access the area due to plastic that I had put up. Keep in mind that I was there for 5 days with them and asked them continuously if they needed anything and reminded them about the area requiring work, but never heard a word from them regarding this plastic impeding their work. I decided just to finish that area myself. After waiting a while and then painting I noticed a few screw heads had popped, which is disappointing. Additionally, prior to the drywall install we had a new window installed with the old plaster, because of this the window frame protruded out further than the thickness of the drywall. Due to the drywall not being installed correctly around the window frame, I now have to trim the window frame to be flush with the drywall. Lastly, I recently came to realize that an extension cord that I lent them is no longer in my possession. Overall, I'm very disappointed and will never have them do work at my home again.

Junior and his crew are a pleasure to work with! I hired them for two jobs: 1) open up the drywall closet and put smooth plaster over the surface. 2) put blueboards over old popcorn ceiling and a side wall and put smooth plaster over both. Couldn't be happier with the results, really masterfully done. AND the crew's work ethics are top notch. Always on time and well-prepared, cover the area before work, clean up after work. Good communication. Courteous to neighbors. Five stars

We've hired Junior for a relatively small drywall job - a leak in a 2nd-floor bathroom required opening the ceiling on the first floor, so after the plumbing was done, we had to repair the ceiling and wall. Junior was very responsive, responsible, and the price was fair. Best of all, his team did a great job! fixed the drywall and matched the color of the wall. It wasn't a big job, but Junior cared about the quality of the work as if it was a big project. His team is a group of really nice people too. I will happily hire Master Plastering again.
